Why a file, not a chat

Tools go down, get pulled, or get retired (ask anyone who built on a model that vanished overnight). A context file you own does not care whose servers are having a bad day. Keep this in a Google Doc, a note, anywhere that is yours, and update it when something changes. That is the whole outage-proof trick.

How to use it

The fast way: paste the whole thing at the start of a new chat, then add one line: "This is my context. Use it for everything in this conversation, and tell me if anything is missing or unclear."

The set-and-forget way:

Claude: create a Project and add this as Project knowledge. Every chat in that Project already knows you.
ChatGPT: paste the key parts into Settings, Personalization, Custom Instructions.
Gemini: paste it at the top of a chat, or save it in your Saved Info.
